The FuBars is guided by a committee comprising thirteen members:

The club is made up of two other types of members 1. Full members (military/ex military personnel) and 2. Social members (non-military personnel).
An AGM is held annually and open to all full members. See fixtures and events page for info.
Forces Barbarians RFC is a club in its own right, enabled via affiliation to the RFU through Old Leamingtonians RFC in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire (which is also home to OLRFC Rugby4Heroes).
